Refund Policy

We are sorry that you are no longer interested in our services but hope that it's because you have found your perfect partner.

We like to be completely fair and refund any members who have joined and paid but never used our services 100% of their membership fee. We don't however make any refunds to members who have made use of our services to contact others by either clicking the "Like" or "Introduce" button on another members profile. When making refunds we do reserve the right to levy an administration fee.

You can cancel your subscription/purchase at any time by selecting to delete your account within the "Membership Details" section on your main menu page.

The easiest way to have your subscription/purchase refunded is to e-mail our customer services team at info@futureblossom.london stating that you have paid for but never used our services and would like a refund, stating the amount and date paid. Our customer services team will quickly check our records and make any refunds due as quickly as possible.
